We want you to fully enjoy your California Hot Spas purchase. To avoid any misunderstanding, we are encouraging you to go through the terms and conditions that you need to take note of. We hope that you take the time to read and understand each section. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping and delivery are charged for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays, from Tuesday-Friday. If an item becomes “on backorder” then we will notify you of a revised shipping time.
  • Shipping and delivery are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Occasionally, items become out of stock. Or inventory may be wrong at different vendors we ship from. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order placed for any reason.
  • Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 NOON (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or Saturday will not be processed until Tuesday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight, and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.
  • We do not ship to addresses in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam, or outside of the United States. You must call us to place an order to Hawaii as not all items are available to ship to Hawaii.
  • We are not responsible for items shipped to addresses that are incorrectly inputted as the ship-to address. All items that are shipped using a small package service will not require a delivery signature unless requested.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the shipping tracking number shows “delivered” to the address specified on the order. This includes but is not limited to the front door, side door, back door, porch, garage, gate, patio, lawn, sidewalk, friend, or neighbor.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

  • We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise unless it is on the non-returnable list, within 14 days after receiving your products.  
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned unless we have determined it to be defective. 
  • Defective Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup, shipping, and/or restock fee may apply. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. 
  • We charge a 3% fee plus a $10.00 refund fee if an order is canceled before the items are shipped. These fees also apply to returned items. 
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
  • Items that are found or presumed to be defective must be reported to California Hot Spas within ten days of receiving the items. A replacement item cannot be issued after ten days.
  • If you believe your item is defective you must call us so we can diagnose the problem and try to resolve any issues. If any electrical items are found to be defective they must be returned and verified to be defective before a replacement item is sent out.
  • California Hot Spas does not issue refunds for defective items. We only issue replacement items if the items purchased are found to be defective. If the presumed defective items are tested and found to be tampered with or they have been miswired, we will not issue a replacement. Original shipping charges will not be refunded in any return situation.

**We are not responsible for mistakes made on color, size, incorrect part numbers given by other companies, or internet listings.

  • If you must return an item, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost. Customers receiving free shipping will still be responsible for our original shipping cost. Please check the non-returnable item list.

  • All Cal Spas, Cal Flame, Hotspring, and Freeflow Spas parts are subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee.

All Filters and Pillow/Cushions items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued.
